Q: What does “Six for Tea” mean?

Most walling started out in the 800*600 resolution, cause we were cool like that, but we still catered to the 640*480, because that was still used in a lot of places. So we decided to use the 640 resolution because it was catchy/nerdy/Idon’tknow. Which is where I came up with Six For Tea. I feel like the “tea” part would be a good nod back to Japan, since, honestly, it’s the reason most of us wall, and it’s one of the main reasons we’re doing this.

Q: I would like to donate to the Six for Tea cause via PayPal, but it looks like FirstGiving only allows donations via credit cards. How can I donate via PayPal?

A: Unfortunately FirstGiving does not include an option to donate via PayPal, but you can go straight to the Mercy Corps website to make a donation – https://www.mercycorps.org/give/otherways – and then forward your PayPal donation receipt to sixfortea.wallers@gmail.com. We will then add your donation to our FirstGiving page as an “offline donation,” and also send you the link to the wallpapers collection for donors! If you would like to add an optional supporter’s comment to display on FirstGiving, please include it in your email.
