Rules
1) Elimination Challenge
Challenge your creativity and skills as a waller through the Elimination Challenge! Each round you’ll be pitted against another waller. The waller with the highest score at the end of the judging period will win and move on to the next round!
You MUST participate in every elimination round in order to win the GRAND PRIZE!
Submission Requirements
- Entries must be a minimum of 1600×1200 (standard) or 1920×1200 (widescreen) res
- Entries must be NEW
- Email a sigged AND unsigged version of your wallpaper to apclash2010@gmail.com, along with any links to the original scan(s) used.
- You may NOT submit your wallpapers to comms, personal websites, or anywhere on the internets until judging is complete and round results are announced.
- Early submissions are always welcome
- Late submissions will receive a -5 point deduction per day
- Late submissions will NOT be accepted more than three days after the round deadline. Note that judges will receive all on-time entries at the same time; if your entry is late, the judges will receive it late, and they will know you had more time to work on it and may deduct accordingly (so please be on time!!).

If for whatever reason you can’t participate in an elimination round, please contact the Round Coordinator (either flyin’ or Jay) and let her know you won’t be able to submit a wall, no later than FIVE days after the round theme is announced. This is so we can invite a wildcard waller to take your place!
2) Immunity Challenge
The Immunity Challenge takes place during the Elimination Challenge. No participants will be pitted against each other, and participants are NOT required to participate in the Immunity Challenge. You can expect to wall easier themes for the Immunity Challenge and greater reward – the winner will receive “immunity” against being eliminated during the Elimination Challenge!
Example:
- Participant A vs Participant B in Round 1 Elimination
- Participant A wins Round 1 Immunity
- Participant A continues past Round 1 Elimination as long as entry is submitted on time
- Participant B must beat Participant A’s Round 1 Elimination score in order to continue on to Round 2 Elimination
Each Elimination Challenge (except the Final Elimination) will include an Immunity Challenge.
Submission Requirements
- Entries must be a minimum of 1600×1200 (standard) or 1920×1200 (widescreen) res
- Entries must be NEW
- Submit your wall to AnimePaper once you’re done, and include any links to original scan(s) used in your wallpaper description.
- Post a link to your wallpaper in the designated Invalid Litter Dept thread.
- Early submissions are always welcome
- Late submissions will NOT be accepted after the round deadline has passed
Wildcards
Wildcard wallers will take the place of a waller who can’t continue to compete in the Elimination Challenges because of life or other reasons. So if a participant who needs to drop out of an Elimination Round and notifies us (Jay and flyin’) within 3-5 days before the elimination challenge ends, we will invite a wildcard waller to take that waller’s place. We may also invite a wildcard waller to compete against a waller who received immunity during the previous round, if there ends up being an odd number of round participants.
The top 5 scorers who didn’t make it past an Elimination Round will be given wildcard status after the results are announced. (During the first elimination round, we will invite volunteer wildcard wallers as needed.)
Any waller who participates as a wildcard will get extra pimpage and love from us during and after the competition for helping out
